The location of this hotel couldn't be better. It was right in the heart of the city with easy access to the main street. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. Additionally, the room was spacious and clean, providing us with a comfortable and pleasant experience during our Christmas getaway.
There were a few aspects that were not up to par. the beds were quite firm and uncomfortable.

The balcony overlooking the ocean was amazing, offering a clear view of the whole bay. the location of the hotel, right in the middle of Playa Principal, on the beach, was perfect. No stairs to climb to get to the hotel. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome. the room was huge and clean, providing a comfortable stay.
Felt more than at home, no reason to complain.

The balcony overlooking the ocean was absolutely stunning. We spent hours just gazing at the breathtaking view. Additionally, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always going out of their way to assist us. They even introduced us to two amazing tour guides who made our trip even more memorable.
The uncomfortable beds. They were very firm and the rubber/plastic mattress cover made it hot and sweaty during the night.

Great location. Stunning beach views. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and spotless. Balcony provided an awesome ocean view. Fantastic tour guides recommended.
